We won the 2023 Taste of the West Best South West Casual Dining award - that's out of the whole of the South West - Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire!
Michael and his team are very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. The meals we enjoyed were well cooked and comprised of generously sized portions, the bacon was exceptionally tasty and deserves a special mention!

Food is beautifull, hygiene is exceptional and the butchers meat, cooked foods and jams, chutneys etc are a real not to be missed. Well worth a trip here for the breakfast alone.

Michael's in Malmesbury, Wiltshire is a family run butchers where we make all our own sausages and burgers on the premises.
At Michael's we also cure our own bacon and smoke our own chickens. We offer cooked meats, pies and pasties all freshly prepared by us in addition to a range of pâtés, olives and over 80 cheeses!
Friends for dinner and a beautiful aged Rib of Beef from Michael Thomas. Not only fantastic on the night, but gave us two more meals during the week. Both the quality and service are excellent.
Bistro & Deli
Visit Michael's family run Bistro and Deli at 51 The Triangle, Malmesbury, Wiltshire.
Enjoy freshly made sandwiches using the finest ingredients straight from our deli counter, delicious homemade cakes and speciality cheesecake pots. Pop in to our café in Malmesbury for a glass of wine, a pot of tea and a slice of cake or a cup of coffee and a sandwich.
Amazing, tasty brunch. First visit definitely not the last! Had the sausage hash and hubby had ham and egg breakfast. Quality meat, all locally produced. The staff was super friendly, lots of meat, cheeses, cakes and local produces available to buy from the deli. Little gem in Malmesbury, highly recommend!!!
